Soo Foundry & Machine is a machining, fabrication and mechanical services company on Drive In Road in Sault Ste. Marie that has operated for more than 50 years. Its shop has 5,000 square feet of machining space with a 74-inch vertical turret lathe and CNC boring mill, plus 7,000 square feet for steel fabrication served by a 70-ton crane. It also provides millwright and hydraulic work and is CWB Division 2 certified for steel and aluminum.
